Duration: 6 Months, Full time opportunity based on performance

Stipend: ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for driven and curious Marketing and Business Development Interns to join our team and contribute to strategic initiatives that will drive our growth

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Intern, you will work under the guidance of senior team members and contribute to various business development activities, including but not limited to:

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies
  • Assist in SWOT analysis and benchmarking to support strategic decision-making

Business Requirements Gathering

  • Collect and analyse business requirements from internal stakeholders and external industry sources
  • Translate these requirements into actionable insights to aid in planning and execution

Reporting & Presentation Development

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate research findings, performance metrics, and business insights
  • Support senior management with data-driven recommendations

Business Development Support

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, potential clients, and partnership prospects
  • Contribute to lead generation efforts and maintain lead databases

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of digital marketing content across platforms such as LinkedIn, email newsletters, websites, etc.
  • Analyse performance data to optimize digital campaigns and increase engagement

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or related fields

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail is a must

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities

Interest in market research, business strategy, and digital marketing

A proactive team player who can also work independently when needed
